BGIS invites qualified parties to participate in the provision of Key Trade services on a rotational basis and on an “as and when needed” basis for projects having a value estimated at less than $100,000, excluding taxes, which BGIS performs in respect of federal buildings, facilities, and properties across the Atlantic Region. The Service Categories for which BGIS rotates services are as follows: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, GC (low complexity), Painting, Flooring, Doors and Windows, Locksmith, Overhead Doors.
