Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
Complete an I&R by an engineer on the parking garage leaks including the access ramp and the two pedestrian stairwells. Verify conditions described in the attached
Roofchek Leak Investigation Report. Inspect and report on the condition of concrete on the ramp and below the expansion joints. Take some core samples to determine if
there is a membrane on the concrete deck. Provide a SOW to properly implement repairs, options if applicable, and an estimate of probable costs.

Special Instructions: Meeting on site commences at 10:00am sharp. Please meet at the front entrance for attendance. PPE, Security clearances and ID is required per Section 3.3.
NOTE: Notification of attendance must be given to the RFQ Administrator no later than day ending 4:00pm on October 10th, 2017
All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.

In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
